I have not been Persevering in my xanga blogging so sorry, not that anyone has any obligation to notice since I haven't updated since November.
Currently I"m working as a cook at Eatn'park and like it there a lot. Visit me! My poor mother injured her foot so keep her in your prayers. My brother is home from college and he's a great help! I hope to catch up with everything that's going on with you guys!

I am currently reading "not even a hint" by Joshua Harris. Great book on "Guarding your heart against lust." I've also read his other books "I Kissed Dating Goodbye," which asks you to consider dropping dating (that often can result in ungodly relationships) for (or until you're ready for) courtship, and "Boy meets Girl," which talks about how to court and still honor God in the relationship. I've adopted his ideas on the area of romatic relationships, of course, I'm not ready for marriage, but "Boy meets Girl" was still helpful to me in preparation for when I am ready. I'd recommend these books to any teenager or young adult interested in ever gettin' hitched.
Other than that I'm anticipating Thanksgiving (the 22nd), My 17th birthday (the 23rd) and my sister's Pittsburgh wedding reception (the 24th)

I've got a fetish for fall. Leaves crunch underneath my toes as I search for the ones the fit the criteria for my sister's wedding decor. This morning the sun was shining like it was still summer, but the red, yellow, and orange tint of the leaves magnified the golden ray's glory to create an ambiance that sent me reminiscing to old Octobers and cold Novembers. It's Autumn. But this season owns a certain fondness of mine and a bias that will probably never fade; My sister is getting married November 3rd.

Wow! It's been an awesome summer!
Stayed downtown to work for grandparents while chilling with Covanent fellowship missions trip people (2 weeks, went to Kansas to visit my darling sister, went to Colorado for covanent heights, went back to Kansas, came home for two weeks of marching band, one week of sleep, hopped back into the school year
